Partner Program Terms
Build your piece of the human renaissance.
Hatch's Partner Program rewards the people who seed this platform with the right creators and communities. Three tiers. Real money. No bullshit.
Effective Date: September 1, 2025 · Last Updated: September 1, 2025 · Invite only
Overview
How the Program Works
Simple idea. Real rewards.
Hatch charges platform membership fees — $19.99/month for Creators and $4.99/month for Audience Members. Hatch sets aside 30% of those membership fees to reward the people who bring creators and communities to the platform.
That 30% is distributed across three tiers — Sales, Partners, and Ambassadors — each earning 10% concurrently from the membership revenue generated by the people they brought in. The tiers run in parallel, not stacked on top of each other — so the total payout never exceeds 30% of collected membership fees.
This is entirely separate from a creator's own subscription income from their Nest. Creator earnings from subscriber fees are not part of this program. This program pays on platform membership fees only.
Important
This Is Not an MLM
The Hatch Partner Program is not a multi-level marketing scheme, pyramid scheme, or network marketing program.
- You do not earn money simply by recruiting people
- You earn only when the people you recruit pay their monthly membership fees
- If your recruits stop paying, you stop earning on them — no phantom income
- There is no buy-in, no inventory, no minimum purchase requirement to participate
- Payouts are capped at 3 tiers — there is no infinite downline
Structure
The 3 Tiers
Always starts from the top. Always seeded by Hatch.
The program always seeds from the top down. Hatch recruits Sales directly. Sales recruit Partners. Partners recruit Ambassadors. Each tier has a defined role in building the platform.
The three tiers run concurrently — each earns their 10% independently from the same membership revenue. They do not stack on top of each other. Total partner payout never exceeds 30% of collected web app membership fees.
Earnings
How Your Commission Is Calculated
You earn on the people in your tree. Every month they pay, you get paid.
Your commission is calculated monthly based on the actual membership fees collected from the Creators and Audience Members you directly recruited — through the web app only.
Example — Ambassador with 10 Creators + 50 Audience Members
Your commission is based on that month's actual collected fees — updated monthly. If members churn (cancel), your commission reduces accordingly. If new members join your tree, your commission increases. There is no guaranteed minimum.
Peer Bump
The 2% Peer Bonus
Reward lateral growth, not just vertical.
Partners and Ambassadors earn an additional 2% of a peer's monthly membership revenue when they recruit another Partner or Ambassador at the same tier level.
This 2% is calculated monthly based on the current snapshot of the peer's tree revenue — not a fixed amount, not a one-time payment. It moves up and down with their actual performance.
Example — Ambassador recruits 2 peer Ambassadors
Year 1 → Year 2
The Day 365 Snapshot & Year 2 Retention
Build it once. Keep earning on what you retain.
Year 2 Example — 8 of 10 Creators retained, 40 of 50 Audience Members retained
Revenue Scope
What Counts Toward Your Commission
Platform membership fees only. Web app only.
- Creator membership fees ($19.99/month) paid via the Hatch web app
